Personal inconsistency—softening harm, displacing responsibility, protecting moral identity—reveals Active Dissonance Management: an architecture that absorbs disruption to preserve coherence. Harm need not disappear. It only has to be reframed, redirected, or made compatible with continuing as before. Through the Braided Rosetta Engine Walk, these patterns move outward into groups, institutions, and the realities we construct together. Private coherence becomes collective reality.
