The Girl of My Dreams
"I feel you by my side when the evening sun slips behind the mountains I call home. More than anything I long to share that quiet moment with you.
On some nights if I stared long enough into the darkness I could almost see your eyes gazing tenderly into mine. I would hold my pillow close pretending it was you in my arms, counting the days until you stood before me and our lives become one forever.
You have claimed every corner of my spirit, and filled my heart with a love too deep for words to fully express
Your wavy hair gently framed your face and your lips, as radiant as ripe cherries carried a smile that lingered in my thoughts .
Grace flowed from every part of your being, and the quiet confidence with which you walked told the world that you were never afraid to be exactly who you are.
My love for you will remain true until our hair turns silver and our smile are softened by time.
When our steps grow slower and our hands are marked by the years, I will still reach for yours, just as I do today.
For love is not measured by the beauty of youth but by the promises that endure through every season of life.
The story we have written together, I will look into your eyes smile with all that remains of me and whisper,,
You have always been, you will always be, The Girl of My Dreams."
